Ramesh Joshi is part of Data Confiance’s project delivery leadership, responsible for helping convert technology plans into well-managed, on-ground execution.
Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, he works closely with engineering teams, customers, OEMs, vendors and site stakeholders to ensure that projects progress with clarity, coordination and accountability.
His role combines project planning, implementation management, stakeholder coordination and delivery governance, helping Data Confiance maintain consistency from solution design through final handover.

Ramesh oversees the coordination required to move projects from planning into execution — aligning resources, timelines, site activities and stakeholders while maintaining visibility across every stage of delivery.
His focus is to ensure that projects remain structured, controlled and aligned with the agreed scope and customer expectations.

OEM & Vendor Coordination
Managing communication and dependencies between technology partners and implementation teams.
Progress Monitoring
Tracking project milestones, identifying delays and supporting timely resolution.
Documentation & Handover
Ensuring project records, implementation details and closure documentation remain organised.
